Monroe and the World

This mini-exhibit displays any and all cartoons found in the collection at the James Monroe Museum that have to do with Monroe, or his most famous work, the Monroe Doctrine. Because of the the range cartoons available, these cartoons mainly provide commentary on the Cuban Missle Crisis during the Cold War.
